Fabulous training session. Not only did Amanda deliver a great and very informative session on Risk Assessments, (how to do them and everything associated with that) and Covid-19 Risk Assessments – she went above and beyond with the information provided and also the signposting received that is specific to my requirements. I contacted Amanda as I wanted to make sure that my Covid 19 Risk Assessment was up to the job. I attended one of her Zoom webinars and found that, as well as being knowledgeable, she was also full of enthusiasm for her topic. She gave an incredible amount of information in a short time in a paced and understandable manner... but that was not the end of it. This was followed by more advice and links by email and an offer to review the risk assessment I produce for my business following the course. The service from ALLS has been amazing, particularly as we entered COVID-19 restrictions at the very start, so it made the process more challenging. Amanda has gone above and beyond in providing a Fire Risk Assessment that fully meets the needs of our premises in bringing about much needed updates and changes.
